Board Composition and Term 

The Board of Directors is comprised of eight Board members, each elected for a 2-year staggered term ending every other year on the Saturday nearest the July 4th weekend.  Four Board members are elected from those members in Tahoe Keys (District 1) and four from the members in Tahoe Island Park Addition Number 4 (District 2).  Board officers are elected by the Board of Directors.

The Board of Directors meets virtually once a month on the third Thursday of the month at 5:00 p.m. The July Board meeting is often adjusted to coincide with the annual July 4th weekend membership meeting. 

Office Manager 
The Association has no permanent full-time employees and utilizes part-time staff during the year.  The association does not maintain staff during the off season, so no phone answering is provided, and no voicemail will be recorded on the association phone lines.  Please check the TKBHA website if you have any questions or contact us through email to [email protected].  Please allow time for any emails to be processed and responded to, usually within a week.
