First, thank you for providing service to our Association.  Without the support of our Vendors we would be hard pressed to deliver a quality boating experience to our Members.

Important: if this is your first time billing us, ensure you include your W-9 form as well.

What happens then, you might ask?  Your invoice is submitted to our accounting system, it will be routed via an automated workflow for review & approved.  Checks are mailed weekly so we can be timely with our payments and remain current with you.  In the event of questions you will receive a phone call right away so be sure your "best" number is provided.

Again, without you we could not function.
